End User License Agreement (EULA)

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE OK BOOMER APP.
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and OK Boomer governing your use of the OK Boomer application, website, and services. By downloading, installing, or using the OK Boomer app, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the OK Boomer platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access or use the Service.
2. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, OK Boomer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to, and will not permit others to:
- License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the Service
- Copy or use the Service for any purpose other than as permitted under this EULA
- Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of the Service
- Remove, alter or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of OK Boomer or its affiliates, partners, suppliers or licensors
4. Intellectual Property Rights
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of OK Boomer and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of OK Boomer.
5. User Content
Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material. You are responsible for the content that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall OK Boomer, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
9. Changes to This EULA
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace this EULA at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
